Crafts Cars is a Maine used car dealership in Lisbon Falls, Maine. A 12 year old John Crafts buys his first car, a 1927 Buick for $10. This was just the beginning, as he soon began selling cars from his parents front yard in Durham. Eventually, at only 18 years of age, in 1951 he created John D. Crafts Auto Sales. During those first few years John bought, fixed, and sold used cars all by himself. 5 years later, John partnered with his brother Justin, and bought a Ford franchise. This made him the youngest Ford Dealer in the country! David Crafts has grown up in the car business, and he’s spent his life building up this company, completely taking over when John retired.
